At Nerina Gardens and Carlisle Lodge we work on a waiting list unless an emergency admission. Those interested can contact Nerina Gardens 021 7826106 or managerng@fhec.co.za for enquiries or request an application form.

We do ask for a R2000.00 non-refundable deposit when you can be placed on the active list or on the waiting list but keep in touch and keep us informed of your needs for accommodation.

The deposit will be used to offset your first months’ rentals should you move into Nerina or Carlisle Lodge.
